Cinnamon Apple Cake
Cinnamon Apple Cake
Apples are just the most wonderful fruit, in our previous home we had 2 fruiting apple trees and collected over 35 kgs of apples one year!
I found so many new ways to use them!
One of my favourite recipes is this Cinnamon Apple cake, it uses just 4 apples. I’ve been making it for over 20 years.
Its simple and easy to make. You can make it ahead of time and warm it up just before serving.
I like to serve it with custard or ice cream but it can also be eaten on its own.
